About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to work on a part-time basis. As a Physical Therapist at Springs of Fort Smith , you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their maximum potential. Your expertise will be essential in promoting optimal physical function, mobility, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
Implement and modify treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
Requirements:
A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Licensure in the state of Arkansas
