ERP is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Disability and Veteran. Responsibilities Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 hours per day between 7:00am and 4:30pm, including a one‑hour lunch. Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals; facilitate optimal outcomes in clinical care, quality, and cost effectiveness. Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the MTF. Perform physical exams and health histories. Provide health promotion, counseling, and education. Administer medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions. Direct and supervise care provided by other healthcare professionals. Accountable for making patient care assignments based on scope of practice and skill level of assigned personnel. Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and react quickly in emergency situations. Communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people to inform the healthcare team of plans/actions, and teach/educate to benefit the patient, family, and organization. Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care as appropriate. Perform nursing services identified in the TO. Conduct research in support of improved practice and patient outcomes. Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree in nursing. Completed an accredited nursing program recognized by ACEN or CCNE. Minimum 1 year of RN experience within the past 24 months. Active, unrestricted RN license from any state. Current ARC or AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification. Ability to pass a government background check/security clearance. Location MacDill AFB, FL.
