Warehouse Associate

We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to support receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse. This role involves handling modems, routers, and cable boxes while using RF scanners, iPads, and pallet jacks to accurately process inventory and fulfill customer orders.

• Receive, unload, and sort incoming inventory.
• Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and iPads.
• Scan and track inventory, serial numbers, and product movement.
• Label and prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as trained.
• Follow safety procedures, production goals, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Stand and work on your feet throughout the shift.

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, picking, packing, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and pallet jacks is a plus.
• Basic computer and tablet skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
• Comfortable following security policies, including no cell phones on the production floor.

Clean, organized, climate-controlled facility with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Employees use RF scanners, computers, and iPads daily and must comply with security requirements, including metal detector screening and restricted cell phone use.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlestown, IN.

The pay range for this position is $16.36 - $18.81/hr.
