Diagnose conditions and evaluate physical activity limitations. Create and implement individualized treatment plans with goals and timelines. Provide PT interventions, exercise education, and track progress. Educate patients on continuing care at home. Measure and record intervention effectiveness. Collaborate with staff to deliver patient‑centered care. Skills & Qualifications Graduate of an accredited PT program. Current state PT license (Texas). 1+ year of outpatient neuro/ortho or vestibular rehabilitation experience. Ability to design and progress outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation plans. Strong communication and self‑motivation. Compassion for patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, or fall‑risk issues. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
