We are not looking for someone to learn the market or wait for leads. We want someone who already sells to multifamily and knows the decision-makers.

What We're Looking For

• Existing relationships with multifamily owners, operators, property management companies, regional managers, and decision-makers
• Proven track record of winning new accounts and new revenue
• Strong prospecting, networking, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable building your own pipeline
• Someone who can open doors from day one
