Talent Corps seeks a Director of Safety & Risk Management to lead enterprise-wide safety initiatives and risk programs. You will design the Safety Management System, develop policies, and drive a culture of safety across all sites and client accounts. Reporting to the COO, you will partner with Operations, HR, Legal, and Finance to embed safety into daily operations, manage workers' comp, and maintain regulatory compliance.
