Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager at Chili’s, you lead daily Food & Beverage Operations, ensuring craveable food, friendly service, and a fun, casual atmosphere. You’ll oversee staffing, training, and scheduling, coach a diverse team, and uphold Chili’s brand, safety, and quality standards. In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll drive sales and profitability through labor, inventory, and cost controls while resolving guest issues with hospitality.
