LINK Staffing is hiring an Electrical Quality Inspector for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in the Katy, TX area. This 2nd shift role pays $24.00 per hour and focuses on inspecting electrical assemblies before testing.

This is a strong fit for someone with manufacturing quality inspection experience who can read schematics, check workmanship, use a digital multimeter, review QC paperwork, and document defects clearly.

What You'll Do

• Perform visual and hands-on inspections on electrical assemblies before testing
• Review QC check sheets, assembly paperwork, and inspection records for accuracy
• Read schematics, wiring drawings, and basic mechanical drawings during inspection
• Check workmanship, wiring, components, and finished assemblies against requirements
• Use digital multimeters, tape measures, and basic hand tools during inspections
• Identify defects, poor workmanship, missing information, or non-conforming parts
• Document inspection findings with clear notes, measurements, and reports
• Communicate quality issues with production and quality team members
• Keep the inspection area clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of quality control or inspection experience in manufacturing
• Experience inspecting electrical assemblies, wiring, panels, or similar products preferred
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and work instructions
• Experience using digital multimeters, tape measures, and basic hand tools
• Able to identify poor workmanship and document defects accurately
• Basic English communication skills for work instructions, safety, and documentation
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on inspection work
• MS Office or ISO 9001 experience is a plus
