Welder - 1st Shift Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 to $22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or spot welding on steel drums and metal components.
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Operate welding equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals.
Welder - 1st Shift Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on welding experience.
- Strong proficiency with MIG welding and the ability to read blueprints and production specifications.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality welds while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to pass a welding test, pre-employment drug screen, and background check.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; strong work history and reliability are essential.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
