LVN/LPN Medical Surgical

Job Summary:

Provide compassionate and efficient nursing care to patients in a Medical-Surgical unit, ensuring safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical protocols. Make a positive impact by supporting patient recovery and well-being through skilled interventions and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and established protocols.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patients' vital signs, condition changes, and respond appropriately to emergencies.
  
  
• 
  Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the electronic medical record system.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on health management, post-discharge care, and medication instructions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current LVN/LPN license in good standing.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  BLS certification required.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  
  
• 
  Strong assessment skills and attention to detail in patient care.
