This Recruiter (Construction) position supports the Human Resource department with a focus on recruiting and onboarding across all construction roles, including skilled trades, project management, and administrative staff. This role requires a moderate understanding of general HR practices and the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Work with department managers to identify hiring needs
• Set up and monitor classified advertising for open positions using various websites and social media platforms
• Process HR applications, including employment and enrollment forms
• Conduct pre-employment screening interviews
• Schedule interviews with department managers
• Check candidate references
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Onboard new employees
• Deliver new hire training tailored to projects, positions, safety, or other needs
• Participate in outreach activities such as job fairs (if needed)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in construction recruiting
• High School Diploma
