Work Environment\nThis position is conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while remaining deeply connected to our community health initiatives. Our clinic serves infants and toddlers with disabilities and developmental delays, providing a holistic approach to early intervention services that incorporates both in-home and virtual support models.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the developmental needs of children. \n
- Collaborate with families to create and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that are tailored to each child's unique needs and strengths. \n
- Regularly monitor and assess child development outcomes and make necessary adjustments to intervention strategies. \n
- Provide direct support and coaching to families, equipping them with tools and strategies to foster their child's growth. \n
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations and best practices in service delivery. \n
- Establish and nurture rapport with children, families, and team members to create a supportive and effective learning environment. \n
- Utilize natural learning environments and evidence-based practices to enhance engagement and learning. \n
This role primarily focuses on infants and toddlers, utilizing a family-centered approach to support their development. The LCSW will engage with families experiencing a variety of challenges related to developmental delays or disabilities. Your expertise will be pivotal in creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive during these critical early years.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Active LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health. \n
- A valid driver’s license for potential travel to client locations. \n

- Excellent organizational and time management skills essential for balancing multiple client needs. \n
