Part-Time Outside Service AttendantNew Berlin Hills Golf Course, located in New Berlin, WI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Outside Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Role Type: Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less) Pay: $10.00 per hour Key Responsibilities:Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot.Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash-down area in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.Prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Troon.Assists in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, and speed of play.Assists players by changing their golf spikes, if needed.Performs range maintenance, including presenting the practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies, or ball pyramids, and maintaining ball inventory over the course of the day.Directs the start of play when necessary.Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.Services customers renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.Assists with food and beverage activities.Cleans golfers' clubs upon completion of play.Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.Maintains regular and reliable attendance.Performs other duties as required.Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; and six months to one year of customer service experience or training.
