Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer to join the Live Game organisation supporting the MONOPOLY GO! team. This role is remote within the EU and will support our Barcelona and Sevilla hubs.

With teams distributed across Barcelona, Sevilla, the United States, and other global locations, this role requires strong production leadership, excellent communication, and exceptional attention to detail.

About the Role

As a Senior Producer within the Live Game organization, you will oversee development across one or more live game workstreams, helping transform product strategy and creative goals into high-quality player experiences.

You will manage development from early planning and team alignment through implementation, integration, QA, release, and live support. This includes coordinating concurrent initiatives, managing complex dependency chains, driving change request flow, and ensuring teams remain focused on delivering meaningful player and business outcomes.

This is a hands-on, in-the-weeds production role requiring both strategic thinking and tactical execution. You will work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Art, Content, Economy, QA, Localization, Analytics, Live Operations, and Release Management to deliver at the pace and quality expected of a global mobile live-service game.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end production lifecycle for assigned Live Game development workstreams, from discovery and planning through development, release, and post-launch support.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with shared teams, resources, dependencies, and shifting priorities.
• Translate product strategy and roadmap objectives into clear, executable development plans.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules, milestone plans, critical paths, risk registers, and dependency maps.
• Coordinate development across Product, Game Design, Engineering, Art, Content, Economy, QA, Localization, Analytics, Live Operations, and Release Management.
• Establish clear DRIs, requirements, acceptance criteria, decision points, and delivery expectations for major initiatives.
• Manage the complete mobile live-service development lifecycle, including design alignment, implementation, configuration, integration, QA validation, release readiness, live activation, and post-launch follow-up.
• Partner with Live Operations and Release Management to ensure development work is compatible with the LiveOps calendar, release cadence, player priorities, and operational requirements.
• Lead the change request process by assessing the impact of proposed changes on scope, schedule, capacity, quality, risk, and downstream dependencies.
• Drive prioritization and decision-making around change requests, communicate approved changes clearly, and ensure plans and systems remain aligned with the latest direction.
• Proactively identify blockers, bottlenecks, gaps in ownership, and risks to delivery. Resolve issues directly where possible and escalate with clear recommendations when necessary.
• Facilitate milestone reviews, sprint planning, production checkpoints, risk reviews, and cross-functional working sessions.
• Ensure meetings result in clear decisions, owners, deadlines, and follow-through.
• Maintain accurate and current project information across Jira, Airtable, Confluence, and other production systems.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and delivery confidence clearly to both senior leadership and development teams across the Barcelona and Sevilla hubs.
• Partner with Live Operations after launch to support issue triage, player-impacting investigations, post-launch actions, and continuous improvement.
• Use player data, team feedback, and operational insights to inform prioritization and improve future development planning.
• Champion improvements to development workflows, production practices, tooling, and cross-functional collaboration across the Live Game organization.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in game production, with significant experience in mobile free-to-play or live-service games.
• Proven experience managing the development and delivery of mobile game features, systems, content, events, or other player-facing experiences.
• Strong understanding of Live Operations, including high-frequency content delivery, live calendars, release cycles, remote configuration, QA validation, launch readiness, and post-launch support.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent development workstreams with complex cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong understanding of roadmap planning, milestone management, critical-path tracking, risk management, change management, and delivery readiness.
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering and technical teams, with an understanding of client/server dependencies, configuration, integration, and mobile release considerations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependency escalation, negotiate tradeoffs, and create accountability across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous situations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership for the quality and accuracy of production information.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Airtable, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar project-management systems.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, from shaping a development roadmap to following individual deliverables through completion.
• A player-focused mindset and passion for building engaging, polished, and continuously evolving mobile game experiences.
