What It Takes To Succeed You have these minimum qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence speaking with new people and presenting information. A self‑motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent. It Would Be Helpful If You Have Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role. Bachelor's degree.
