Facilities Operations Manager

YMCA of Greater Springfield

YMCA of Greater Springfield is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, improvements and cleanliness across YMCA facilities. You will supervise staff, perform hands-on maintenance, and manage multiple projects while ensuring safe operation of all mechanical systems, including pools. The role requires coordinating with outside contractors, meeting regulatory requirements, and leading a team to deliver high-quality facilities and customer service to members and staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr
