Details Acute care, Level I Trauma teaching hospital setting in the Cardiac Cath Lab unit 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM On-call requirement of about one weeknight per week and one weekend every 3-4 weeks Float requirement within site and across the health system as needed Uses Epic EMR and Philips equipment Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab and interventional radiology work settings Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience required BLS, ACLS, and ARRT-R certifications required Oregon state license (OBMI) required if applicable Experience with cardiac cath lab procedures, cardiac stent placement, diagnostic catheterizations (adult), left and right heart catheterization, PCI, PTCA, and scrub procedures Experience with equipment setup, prepping access site, sterile technique, and PACS system One professional reference from a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager required, preferably within the last year Additional Information Responsibilities include equipment setup, access site prep, recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, room circulating, and maintaining sterile field while scrubbing in Scrubs are provided for this unit Free parking available in any unrestricted space Accepts local candidates on a case-by-case basis, though standard policy restricts candidates residing within 50 miles of any facility in the system Maximum of 7 days RTO permitted, with none allowed during the first 2 weeks of the assignment Former staff must be separated from the facility/system for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler First-time travelers may be considered depending on candidate strength COVID vaccination documentation required with no exemptions accepted American Traveler Job ID #P-749619.
