Spencer's in Natick, MA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive guest services, and maximize sales. The role requires prior retail and/or management experience, a minimum age of 18, and the ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
