Sound Physicians is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join their team in Moses Lake, Washington at Samaritan Healthcare. Practice Info Join our close-knit team of 8 EM residency-trained, Board-Certified physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers at Samaritan Healthcare Work alongside our team of clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds who are supportive and collaborative with other staff and departments Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts Level III trauma center with an annual ED volume of 26,500 9-bed ED plus 2-bed triage and fast care Sup-Specialty Support available: General Surgery, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine/Hospitalist, Radiology with Real-Time Reads 24/7, CT/Ultrasound 24/7, MRI 7 days a week, OMFS, ENT, Ophthalmology, Urology, GI, Tele-neurology A brand-new hospital is being built and is on track to open in March 2026 Compensation Base annual 1099 compensation is a minimum of $396,000 per year $50,000 commencement bonus for a full-time commitment of 120 hours or more Shift & Schedule Shifts include: 7a-7p, 10a-10p, 7p-7a Flexible scheduling allows you to spend quality time with your loved ones or enjoy the outdoors Holidays are scheduled equitably Qualifications Emergency Medicine Board-Certified/Board Eligible (ABEM or AOBEM Board Certified or Board Eligible) Authorized to work in the United States
