Data Privacy & Compliance Attorney

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Data Privacy & Compliance Attorney for a contract opportunity. The consultant will support privacy, compliance, and regulatory initiatives, including reviewing and negotiating DPAs, conducting risk assessments, managing DSARs and privacy inquiries, and partnering with cross-functional teams to provide practical compliance guidance. Highlights 3-month contract opportunity covering a leave of absence Fully remote Open to both part-time and full-time schedules Qualifications 6+ years of data privacy and compliance experience. Experience reviewing and negotiating privacy and data security agreements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Experience with accessibility compliance, OFAC/sanctions programs, or emerging AI regulations is a plus.
