As a Spec 1, Quality Assurance, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various teams. Job Title: Spec 1, Quality Assurance Location: Covington, GA Pay Range: $19/hr. Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM CT (Hybrid only Friday) What's the Job? Monitor and evaluate interactions for adherence to quality standards. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and guidelines. Collaborate with training teams and management to address performance gaps and improve service quality. Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend actionable solutions. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality Management, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
