HR Assistant - $20/hr

Express Employment Professionals has an opportunity available for an HR Assistant project in Athens, TN.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinate and manage the new hire onboarding process.
Prepare and distribute onboarding packets, employment forms, policies, and company handbooks.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure workstations, equipment, uniforms, badges, and system access are ready.
Serve as a point of contact for new employees, answering questions regarding company policies, benefits, payroll, and onboarding procedures.
Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and general administrative functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of recent HR experience.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Open to learning new processes and programs.

Shift:

M-F / 8 AM - 5 PM or 7 AM - 3:30 PM
