• Shift: 12-hour nights (18450715)
• Hours/Week: 36 hours/week (approx.)
• Employment Type: Contract/Per Diem
• License/Certifications: Valid MO RN license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required
• Experience: 1+ year of PCU RN experience; high acuity drip, arterial line, bipap, airway experience preferred

• Hourly Pay Rate: $88.50 (before administrative fees)

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care for high-acuity cases in a PCU setting
• Monitor and manage complex patient conditions, utilizing advanced skills such as drips, arterial lines, BIPAP, and airway management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document care provided, ensuring compliance with facility policies
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

What You Need

• Valid Missouri RN license and active ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of recent PCU RN experience, high-acuity drip experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work night shifts and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
