ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1986 after beginning my State Farm career in health claims. With my dad also having been a State Farm agent, I had the opportunity to see the impact of agency ownership firsthand and knew I wanted to build an agency of my own.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Julie Schuld - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
