Location: Kingsville, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $37-$45 per flagged hour, based on experience
Pay Type: Flat rate with a 30-hour weekly guarantee
Pay Schedule: Weekly, every Friday
Earning Potential: $75,000-$90,000+ per year

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Kingsville, TX, with strong diagnostic, electrical, and general repair skills. This full-time opportunity pays $37-$45 per flagged hour based on experience, with a 30-hour weekly guarantee and estimated earning potential of $75,000-$90,000+ per year. The shop offers consistent work, a Monday-Friday schedule, paid training, and a family-oriented team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently

• Perform automotive electrical and wiring diagnostics

• Complete general automotive maintenance and repair services

• Use Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) to document vehicle condition and recommended services

• Document completed repairs, diagnostic findings, and service recommendations clearly

• Use automotive diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues

• Work collaboratively with the shop team to support quality repairs and efficient workflow

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive repair experience

• Strong automotive diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Experience diagnosing automotive electrical and wiring concerns

• Strong computer skills and ability to document repair information accurately

• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team

• Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience preferred

• Diesel repair experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $37-$45 per flagged hour, based on experience
