Personal Training Coach
$22 - $27 per hourValley Fitness - Stockton & Manteca
Our fitness studio is growing quickly, and we need a personal trainer to help our customers achieve their fitness goals. You'll be assessing our customers' fitness levels, creating personalized training routines, and ensuring they're utilizing equipment properly. This role requires outstanding customer service skills as well as a love for exercise and helping others improve their health and wellness. If you've worked as an instructor or personal trainer in the fitness industry and are looking for a new challenge, please apply today! Responsibilities: • Monitor clients' progress and adjust their fitness plans accordingly • Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability • Perform personal fitness assessments to ensure that all exercise routines are appropriate for each client • Reduce the risk of injury by teaching clients good techniques for all activities, particularly those involving more advanced equipment • Uphold all gym standards and safety rules to keep clients safe and comfortable while they workout Qualifications: • This role requires fitness instructor or personal trainer certification • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills Compensation: $22 - $27 hourly
