Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity with competitive pay and reliable equipment? Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but two-week periods may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock wait times. 100% no-touch freight primarily consists of automotive loads for efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on hiring location, with weekly miles between 2,500 and 2,800. Our base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for safe driving of 8,000 miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are also available. After 90 days, drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts.
