ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough needs assessments to identify risks and opportunities for our clients.
Develop and present customized insurance strategies that provide actual value and peace of mind.
Foster lasting relationships with community members through honest and helpful guidance.
Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients while nurturing existing accounts.
Participate in local community events to increase the visibility and reputation of The Atlantic District.
Keep up to date on industry changes to ensure our clients always receive the most relevant advice.
RequirementsPennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in consultative sales.
Understanding of complex insurance products and coverage options.
Clear and articulate communication style for client consultations.
Reliable transportation for local client meetings in and around Harmonsburg.
Proficiency in common insurance industry software and standard office tools.
