Key Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or closely related field
Valid state licensure and certification as a School Psychologist
Experience with psychological assessments and individualized education program (IEP) development
Strong understanding of evidence-based counseling and intervention strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
Ability to interpret assessment data and make recommendations for student support
Experience working in schools or educational agencies preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students, utilizing a variety of assessment tools
Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding students’ learning and behavioral concerns
Develop and monitor individualized educational and behavioral plans
Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise for student success planning
Facilitate crisis intervention and prevention programs as needed
Maintain accurate records and adhere to ethical standards of the profession
