A leading financial institution is seeking an Affordable Housing Credit Officer in Houston, Texas. You will manage the full credit lifecycle for construction and permanent loans supporting affordable multifamily developments. Responsibilities include underwriting transactions, managing loan portfolios, and presenting credit packages to senior management. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in community development real estate lending, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
