As an Account Associate with Jerry Lucente State Farm , you'll combine sales, relationship building, and customer service to help grow our agency-and your career.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Account Associate , you'll work with both new and existing customers to uncover needs, recommend insurance products, generate referrals, and grow customer relationships.

Every conversation has potential.

A customer calling about their auto policy might also need renters insurance. Someone buying a home may need to revisit their life insurance. A great customer experience might lead to three referrals.

Your job is to ask questions, listen, identify the opportunity, recommend the solution, and confidently ask for the business

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Connect with new and existing customers to uncover sales opportunities.
• Proactively contact customers and prospects through calls, follow-ups, and outreach.
• Conduct needs-based conversations across multiple insurance product lines.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Present appropriate products and confidently ask for the sale.
• Generate referrals and turn great customer relationships into new opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects and keep opportunities moving through the sales pipeline.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly activity and production goals.
• Assist customers with policy changes, questions, billing, and account needs.
• Help customers navigate claims while strengthening the overall relationship.
• Maintain accurate customer information and document sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and agency goals.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
