Description/Summary Under the general direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor and with guidance from the Responsible Level 3, this position is responsible for the production and interpretation of radiographic images of tube assemblies or castings, for dimensional inspection, flaw detection, or presence of foreign material. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Able to accurately reads and follow X-ray film or digital techniques to produce quality images Follows set radiation safety procedures for personnel and area monitoring Performs system checks as required Is able to pass certification requirements to NAS-410 and Titeflex procedures Required to follow procedures in the techniques for which certified While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust. Consistently, regularly and dependably at work and on time. Verifies and maintains accuracy of routers and other applicable documents for completeness Be safety-minded and follow all company policies, safety policies & procedures, and practice safe work habits. Such as, but not limited to; use of proper PPE, safe lifting techniques, and building security. Attend all meetings and trainings as scheduled Education & Certifications Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
