- Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
- Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
- Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.

Qualifications
- Must be in possession of current state license in Speech Language Pathology.
- SLP Certificate of Clinical Competencies (CCC) is expected within the first 2 years of employment or as directed by ASHA.
- BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
