Marketing Manager

Position Summary Laser Photonics Corporation is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our corporate marketing, branding, communications, and investor relations initiatives. This highly visible position works directly with executive leadership and plays a key role in supporting the company's growth strategy, public company communications, and market presence. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on marketing professional with experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, developing corporate communications, coordinating investor relations activities, drafting press releases, and supporting executive leadership and Board of Directors meetings. This position is 100% on‑site in Lake Mary, Florida. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and generate qualified sales leads. Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, marketing automation, and website optimization. Manage and maintain the corporate website (WordPress) and digital content strategy. Create marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, product literature, videos, case studies, sales tools, and customer success stories. Develop messaging and content supporting new product launches and go‑to‑market strategies. Coordinate materials and presentations for executive leadership and Board of Directors meetings, including preparing board books and presentation decks. Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic communications and corporate branding initiatives. Plan and manage trade shows, customer events, conferences, and industry exhibitions. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify new business opportunities. Track marketing performance, KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI while making data‑driven improvements. Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Executive Leadership to develop compelling customer value propositions. Manage marketing vendors, agencies, budgets, and external creative resources. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 5+ years of B2B marketing experience within manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, engineering, technology, or related industries. Experience supporting executive communications, investor relations, or corporate communications for a publicly traded or high‑growth company is highly preferred. Experience writing press releases, executive presentations, and corporate messaging. Strong understanding of CRM platforms, marketing automation, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media. Experience managing WordPress websites and digital content. Outstanding written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience coordinating trade shows and corporate events.
