What You'll Do

• Perform advanced endodontic procedures such as root canals and retreatments.
• Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of procedures and patient records.
• Provide exceptional patient experiences through professional and compassionate care.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols throughout each shift.
• Assist with patient education and post-procedure instructions.

What You Need

• Current dental license and certification to practice as an Endodontist.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in endodontics.
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach.

• Experience working in multiple locations or float pool settings.
• Ability to adapt to busy clinical environments and maintain high-quality care standards.

About the Assignment This float pool position offers a flexible schedule, working two locations in Henderson, NV, with a commitment of four Tuesdays per month over a minimum of three monthspotentially longer. The shifts are scheduled from 08:00 to 17:00, providing an excellent balance between professional development and work-life balance.
