Granville Vance Public Health (GVPH) is seeking an Assistant Finance Officer for a full-time, on-site role in Oxford, NC. This position supports the finance team with responsibilities including preparing and managing departmental budgets, coordinating external audits, and managing financial reporting for local government entities. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience, preferably in local government finance or nonprofit finance.
