The Education Program Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Clinical Education and Professional Development initiatives by coordinating educational programs, managing learning and compliance data, organizing training activities, and providing administrative and technical support to educators, leaders, and staff. This position helps ensure the successful delivery of professional development programs, continuing education activities, and regulatory compliance efforts while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to advance workforce development and organizational excellence

The Education Program Coordinator is a Professional Development Associate (PDA) that provides professional support to the Clinical Education & Professional Development Team. These positions coordinate and prioritize educational initiatives, maintain records, and provide administrative and technical support. The PDA assists with program design, development, evaluation, and collaboration with various staff and external partners.

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 2 years General Office Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing, Education, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Education, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 2 years Clerical experience in a hospital education office.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
