About Our Agency I opened my agency in May of 2001 and we’ve built a close-knit team of three with exciting plans to keep growing. Becoming a State Farm agent was a lifelong goal of mine, and I’m proud to be part of a family of agents. Outside of work, I’m a former college softball player and was co‑captain of the Lady Knights softball team. I’m also active in my local church and enjoy being involved in the community, including as a member of the Waukesha Car Club. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
