Description

Job Purpose: The Sales Executive at Johns Byrne Co will play a crucial role in driving the company's revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional who can effectively communicate the value of our products and services to prospective clients, while also nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team, and enhancing the company's market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets. Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Present and demonstrate the company's products and services to potential clients in a compelling manner. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities. Prepare and deliver accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and expand professional networks. Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to remain a trusted advisor to clients.

Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Required Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the printing or packaging industry. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Experience in developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Required Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
