In this role, you will lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers supporting production operations through manufacturing process development, tooling and equipment support, production layout optimization, ergonomics, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Value Stream Managers to align manufacturing engineering priorities with production goals and operational needs and partners with Operations, Product Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance while ensuring manufacturing systems remain efficient, reliable, and scalable.This is an on-site, collaborative working environment that offers a 9/80 schedule to include every other Friday off!
