What You'll Do
As a CNC Mill Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality parts:
- Set up CNC milling machines, including loading materials, selecting tooling, and adjusting machine settings
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure optimal performance and accuracy
- Inspect finished parts to verify they meet specifications and tolerances
- Make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance
- Work closely with your team to meet production goals and deadlines
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Hands-on experience with CNC milling, including setup and operation
- Strong understanding of tooling, machining processes, and basic programming concepts
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety
- Pay: $23.00-$28.00/hour (DOE)
- 4-Day Workweek: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (3-day weekends)
