Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Outpatient Psychiatry Location: Springdale, AR Job Type: Full-Time (W-2 or 1099) Schedules: Monday through Friday About PsychPlus At PsychPlus, our mission is to increase access to high-quality mental health care by integrating technology to improve patient outcomes. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) or Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) to join our behavioral health team. Responsibilities PMHNPs will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing outpatient psychiatric care, including treatment planning and monitoring of patient progress. PA-Cs are welcome to apply depending on their experience and qualifications. Compensation $120,000–$155,000 annually Compensation is based on experience.
