Available Shift Thursday through Saturday plus every other Wednesday Sunday through Tuesday plus every other Wednesday Pay, Benefits and Perks of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $5,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time nurses Now offering $26–$30 per hour depending on experience Shift differential pay Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift Fun contests and employee appreciation events every month Essential Functions of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Assist in all aspects of nursing Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders Assign nursing care to team members in accordance with resident needs and team members’ capabilities and qualifications Administer medications Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents Document treatments as required Ensure supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean, maintained, and safe Other duties as assigned Qualifications of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN School of Nursing One year of nursing experience preferred Valid RN or LPN license for the state of Oklahoma required Valid CPR certification Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of the organization Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations Ability to maintain confidentiality Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication EEO Statement Our facility provides equal employment opportunities.
