We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our client's collaborative healthcare team. In this role, you will work alongside a diverse group of clinical professionals—including physical therapists, chiropractors, physicians, and acupuncturists—to deliver high-quality, individualized care.

Key Responsibilities 

● Patient Assessment & Evaluation: Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations to assess physical, functional, and environmental needs, establishing evidence-based plan-of-care goals. 

● Treatment Implementation: Deliver personalized therapeutic interventions, manual therapy techniques, adaptive strategy instruction, and exercise programs to restore movement, strength, and daily living skills. 

● Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with an integrated clinical team (Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Medicine, Acupuncture) to coordinate patient care and optimize recovery outcomes. 

● Patient & Family Education: Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, ergonomic adjustments, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness management. 

● Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records and progress notes in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. 

● Professional Growth: Maintain currency with clinical research, advancements in occupational therapy practice, and continuing education. 

Qualifications & Requirements 

● Education: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. 

● Licensure: Valid State License (or eligible for licensure) as an Occupational Therapist. 

● Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification required. 

● Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, strong clinical reasoning, and a team-oriented approach to patient care. 

● Experience: Open to both entry-level practitioners (mentorship provided) and experienced therapists.
