What You'll Be DoingAs part of the Haunt Escort, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, organized, and immersive guest experience. Your night may include:Monitoring attraction entrance lines, pathways, and guest flowProviding clear, loud, and friendly directions to large groups of guestsManaging crowd control to ensure safety and an enjoyable experience for everyoneAssisting with traffic flow between haunted attractions and zonesMaintaining strong guest service standards while interacting with guestsSupporting haunted attractions while staying in character and on themeUtilizing a radio to communicate to Haunt Leadership and other park leaders in case of a challenge or emergencyBe a team player and support Haunt actors while they are in their attractionsYou'll help ensure every guest's experience starts smoothly-before they even enter the haunt.???? We're Looking For...Minimum age: 16Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to large groupsComfortable with crowd control and directing guest trafficAbility to utilize a radio to communicate to LeadershipAbility to communicateOutgoing, guest-focused, and able to stay positive in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working in the dark and outdoors at nightWillingness to wear makeup and lightly perform in characterReliable and ready to show up prepared each shiftAvailability for evenings and late nights (approx. 4/5 PM - 12/1 AM)Availability for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, including holidaysAbility to stand, walk, and move for extended periodsTeam-oriented with a strong work ethicAdditional Requirement (18+):Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with company policy.????
