Medical Lab Technician

Laboratory Generalist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift with 1 on-call day per week and 1 weekend per month required.

The candidate will work as a Generalist in the laboratory, performing a variety of tasks across different specialties including phlebotomy, chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, blood bank, serology, and microbiology.

Responsibilities:

• Perform phlebotomy procedures.
• Conduct testing in chemistry and hematology.
• Execute urinalysis and microbiology work.
• Manage blood bank processes and serology testing.
• Availability for on-call days and weekends as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Certification in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
• Experience in a laboratory setting with proficiency in all listed specialties.
