The After Hours On-Call Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing support, symptom management, and crisis intervention to hospice patients receiving care in home and facility settings during evenings, weekends, and after-hours coverage while collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, quality care.Schedule, Hours & TerritoryFull-time dedicated on-call role with a rotating 7-days on/7-days off scheduleCoverage hours are 4:00 PM to 8:30 AM and the full weekendMt.
