The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently while representing the company with professionalism and integrity. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in the field. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience level, technical certifications, skill set, and overall qualifications. Candidates with advanced commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience, manufacture certifications, or specialized expertise may be considered at the higher end of the range.
