Ace Handyman Services is a national company providing home repair and improvement services to residential and commercial clients. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Remodeling and renovation
• Painting
• Preventative maintenance
• Carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Furniture assembly
• Doors & windows

We are looking for craftsmen/handymen with their own business who wish to get additional work. The craftsmen must maintain or willing to get liability insurance. Duties:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
• Handle various tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting, etc.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in various areas of maintenance and repair
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members

A valid driver's license is required for this position along with truck, van or SUV. A background, reference and drug testing will be performed. Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
