Job Description
LPN - Nursing

Schedule:
Rotating shifts between 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM and 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM, with every other weekend required.

Requirements:
- Active LPN license.
- Previous nursing experience preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist in daily living activities and support patient hygiene.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Assist in administering medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
